The High Spirits Condor Bass in the key of "D" minor has a smooth, full voice, making it our most popular wooden bass flute. Even though it has a wonderfully deep voice, the higher register notes still allow it to be a good lead instrument.

It is crafted from domestic aromatic cedar, a softwood, and sealed with non-toxic oils which give it a warm, resonant and full voice.

It is a 6-hole flute, we cover the 3rd hole from the top of the flute (known as the 6th hole) with a leather tie, giving the option to use it as a 6-hole or a 5-hole flute. This flute is 25.5 inches (64 cm) long.

Each flute includes Odell's FREE 'How-To-Play' Instructional Materials which comes with: printed instructional booklet with fingering charts as well as an instructional DVD with both Odell's Beginner and Intermediate tutorial videos.
