The small Heart Bowl was specially made for working with children but is also used in regular sound-massage. It is used in the area of the heart, shoulder blade and neck.

The brighter, higher tones can gently release blockages and congestion. This bowl has a softer heart-tone and sound volume compared to a large Heart Bowl.
