The Solar Plexus Bowl is smaller than the small Pelvic Bowl, but larger than the Universal-/Joint Bowl. Its sound spectrum addresses the area of the upper belly and stomach.
In general the Pelvic Bowl can be used for the solar plexus region. But some people experience the Pelvic Bowl as being too heavy. In such case, the Solar Plexus Bowl gives a comfortable and more gentle alternative.
